The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this site acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of the computers and terminals used by users, the URI/URL (Uniform Resource Identifier/Locator) addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used in submitting the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters related to the operating system and the user's computer environment. This data, necessary for the use of web services, is also processed for the purpose of:
a) obtaining statistical information on the use of the services (most visited pages, number of visitors by time slot or day, geographical areas of origin, etc.);
b) checking the correct functioning of the services offered
Navigation data does not persist for more than 365 days (without prejudice to any need for the Judicial Authority to ascertain crimes).

No cookies are used for user profiling. The only processing carried out concerns the production of statistics, with pseudonymized data, on navigation on the bolognadavedere.it site.
The configuration adopted, in order to exclude the processing of identifying data, collects the following information:
- The IP address, which is masked by zeroing the last 2 bytes (xxx.xxx.0.0)
- The operating system used
- The type of browser
- The type of device (PC, smartphone, etc.)
Technical session cookies (non-persistent) are used, strictly limited to what is necessary for the safe and efficient navigation of the sites.

- Rights of the data subjects
